CAMP BAG PROJECT

Used for the children and youth involved in LOVE I.N.C.'s Christian Camp Project

LOVE I.N.C. strives to send many children and teenagers to a week of Christian Camp each summer. LOVE receives camp scholarships and assistance from many churches, individuals, and foundations to fund this large project. In addition to providing the funding, LOVE strives to supply each camper with some of the personal "necessities" needed to make the camper's experience enjoyable.

The following items, which are placed in a large canvas camper's bag and distributed to each camper, are recommended. Please keep in mind that the canvas bags are made by volunteers, and will be provided for you when you contact the LOVE office.

• Shampoo
• Bar soap
• toothpaste and toothbrush
• comb and/or hairbrush
• insect repellent
• one or two towels and a wash cloth (these can be previously used)
• notebook with a pen and/or pencil
• Bible
• flashlight with batteries
• empty trash bags for soiled laundry

Toiletries can be in the small "travel" size containers. Some people like to gather a few other fun items and give them to each camper, as well. Feel free to be creative! Once you've completed your "Camp Bag" Project, please contact the LOVE office for further instructions.
