FOOD FOR A MONTH

This is a wonderful project for a church to take on. The "Food for a Month" project can begin any time during the year.

LOVE I.N.C. has five area food pantries that we need to keep stocked year round. At the beginning of the month, a specific food could be targeted. An example would be, "January is Peanut Butter Month". Everyone could bring in one jar of peanut butter as a donation. The next month could be tuna fish, soups, soap, and the list goes on.

Please call the LOVE office if you decide to do this project. We will be happy to give you a list of food items that the local food pantries could use.

Once your drive has ended, call us once again to receive instructions as to the best place to deliver your collected items.
