It is amazing to witness how quickly money adds up. School children often choose to do the "Penny Drive". They collect money they find in their couches or that they get from their allowance and they bring it in to the classroom. Often there is a milk jug in each classroom where the kids put their money and they watch each day as the amount of coinage grows.
This money can be donated directly to Love INC or it can be used to purchase other items that the kids wish to donate. This is also a wonderful project for businesses to participate in.
When the project is completed, it is recommended that the money be counted before the funds are turned over to the Love INC office for a specific need.
